I see that you are very angry , but I have searched through payments made to paypal with your email addrees provided, over the last year ... NO ENTRY
I have also checked my emails for an email from you alerting me that the book has not arrived ... NOTHING
I am the first to admit that over the last 6 years that I have sold the book I may have needed to be reminded 1x or 2x . sometimes Hotmail stuffs up... that happened in May this year , somtimes I stuff up.
But before you post such a nastry email it would be common curtesy to contact ME direct , unless of course you are not really concerned about your book and just want to trash anouther persons reputaion.

Hi Pietro, I am trying to contact you this way since I have been unsuccessful with my last two emails (Nov 18 & 21). Your book has not yet arrived (ordered & paid for on 3 November). Hi Pietro, I am also trying to contact you about my book order and have emailed you at both your hotmail address and the email address through your website. I ordered a book in November last year for an Xmas present and the PayPal payment came out of my bank account on 24 Nov 11. I emailed you 1-2 weeks before Xmas as the book had not arrived. The book has still not arrived (13 Jan 2012) and I have had no response from you to my emails. My PayPal receipt number is: 4758-0860-7737-2725.
